CB Farmers’ Market to feature “French Taste”
Chef Alain Bossé, Nova Scotia’s culinary ambassador – the kilted chef – will be on hand this Saturday (Oct. 6) at the Cape Breton Farmers’ Market in Sydney River to help launch CBU Press’s newest book : French Taste in Atlantic Canada – 1604-1758: A Gastronomic History / Le goût Français au Canada Atlantique 1604-1758 : Une Histoire Gastronomique.
Co-authors Anne Marie Lane Jonah and Chantal Véchambre will also be on hand to sell, sign and discuss their book.
