In the summer of 1913 a prominent Sydney hotelier and racehorse owner, originally from New Brunswick, was found dead on a wooded road near Sydney, Nova Scotia. First thought to be an accident, but later murder, a visiting American was hung for the crime. Many questions were never resolved. Was the death the work of only one?
