Saltscapes feature on “French Taste”
The November/December issue (vol. 13, no. 6) of Saltscapes, Canada’s East Coast Magazine, includes a 2-page spread on French Taste in Atlantic Canada: A Gastronomic History (Le goût Français au Canada Atlantique : Une Histoire Gastronomique). A nice write-up and selection of photos accompanies three recipe selections. Alain Bossé is food editor of the magazine and was the chef stylist/consultant for the book.
