Friday evening, October 5, Parks Canada hosted an outstanding launch of French Taste in Atlantic Canada / Le goût Français au Canada Atlantique
A public launch was held at the Cape Breton Farmers’ Market in Sydney Rover on Saturday morning (Oct. 6). Response was overwhelming. Thanks to Anne Marie Lane Jonah, chef Chantal Véchambre and chef Alain Bossé who were on hand to sign copies of the book and hand out samples of classic hot cholocate – delicious!
