Cabot Trail Writers’ Festival a little more than a week away
The third annual Cabot Trail Writers’ Festival is scheduled for September 30 through October 2, 2011, in the St. Anne’s Bay area. This year’s festival brings lots of variety in writing and presentation styles to engage and delight.
Three talented authors, exciting musicians and other fascinating guests. This festival is not focused on Atlantic Canada, but they seem to fill the bill pretty quickly from close to home!
This year’s featured writers are: Shantay Grant, Alexander MacLeod and Giller winner Johanna Skibsrud. Storyteller Ken Chisholm is also part of the mix, along with local musician Angelo Spinizzola. Workshops and a panel discussion round out an exciting celebration of writing and literary arts.
